Floor coatings are durable protective solutions designed for high-traffic areas in residential, commercial and industrial areas.
For a residential home it could be areas sucha as living room, bathrooms, cabanas garages, patios, pool decks, sidewalks, driveways etc.

How long does it take to install a new residential garage floor?

How long does epoxy coating last compared to Polyaspartic?
Cheap box store bought Epoxy floors typically last 2 to 3 years, with our commercial and industrial grade epoxy or Polyurea basecoat with a Polyaspartic top coat offer a lifespan of up to 20 years plus, making them the more durable option. We offer the same limited lifetime warranty for both.
Which paints are commonly used for floor coatings?
Concrete floor paints are sometimes used and a very poor option as they will peal away most all the time within the first year even with proper prearations. . However, our industrial epoxy or polyaspartic coating are preferred for their superior durability.
Is epoxy and polyaspartic waterproof?
Yes, both epoxy and polyaspartic coatings are waterproof, making them suitable for outdoor areas like pool decks, garages, and patios. We prefer to use a polyurea base coat with the polyaspartic top coat for ourdoor areas with a epoxy water vapor barrier.
